The hotel was nice with a great pool. The view from the room was beutiful. The breakfast was very plenty and delicious. We are very greatful to the staff for the amaizing honeymoon decoration in our room.

Well priced and located 3-star hotel.

The room was comfortable and decently appointed. The pool area was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning - enough choice to keep things interesting! Location is also good - a 10 min walk to the Bukit Bintang MRT & Monorail, and close to a restaurant/bar strip. Would happily recommend this hotel for a short stay if you don't need all the fancy stuff.

Well located within easy reach of bars and eateries, the MRT and several large shopping malls.

I asked for birthday setup in the room and the decoration was awesome. They have it done so quickly.

The website shows beautiful rooms but the room i stayed was terrible. There are stains on the wall. It wasnt cleaned or repainted. When i feedback to the asst duty manager, sheeta, she looked unhappy, when i asked for alternative arrangement. Oh dear. Their customer service is terrible! Please review their competancy.

What was the highlight of Verdant Hill Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is very well located on a walking distance from KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and just next to the heart of Bukit Bintang. The breakfast was nice with typical Asian varieties as well as continental one. The staff kind and responsible. We mostly stayed outside and went back only for sleep so that we were not able to experience neither the pool, gym or the restaurant aside from the breakfast. Very good value for the money.

The bathroom need better maintenance - in some places the grouts between the tiles are dark. The small faults like scratched walls and unstuck wallpaper in the room make the impression of the hotel not completely good.

The lobby looked so nice from the inside, kind of big and opened. The hallway between rooms was so scented, I really liked it, even the way it was decorated too, so pretty. The room was clean too. Nice swimming pool. The breakfast was so delicious and I enjoyed it eating by the pool.

The staffs weren’t as friendly as I expected but not a big deal to me.

Very Good

The location and breakfast were excellent. A short walk to the monorail, KL tower, Petronas towers and Alor Street food market. At breakfast, there were many options: Western, Chinese, Indian and Malay. We particularly enjoyed the veg and fruit selection as these were otherwise hard to find. The pool was refreshing. The furnishings were a little rundown but clean.

The bed and pillow was very good. Nice with a frigde. Perfect location. Good breakfast and nice pool area.

lovely hotel, great location

I stayed at this hotel twice - once at the start of my trip to Malaysia then after some internal travelling around - total 8 days. the room was a good size and water was refreshed daily and if you didn't want your room cleaned housekeeping left water/any items needed such as shower gels. the hotel staff were friendly and let me leave my luggage and i had a late checkout at 5pm (for a cost!) on last day. room was always nice and clean. hotel was a great location to walk to lot 24 (shops) and bukit bitang MRT and shops and restaurants and near local hawker vendors (and some tourist western bars/sports bars if thats your thing!). pool and restaurant/bar had a good selection of food/drinks and staff were very friendly and can have food to room if you are tired.

it would have been nice to have a robe as well as slippers! Breakfast lacked healthy options although this is common for most hotels. I had to have an omelette most days as healthiest option, would have been nice to have oats, museli or yoghurts so not all fried/fatty/unhealthy options.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the hotel, our room was superior queen room. Here are our positive comments: +Everything was as it was shown in booking.com, there were no bad surprises. The room was nice with a view, the bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean. +The hotel was close to various attractions, neighborhood was fine. There is GOKL bus stop (GOKL city buses are free) which is very close to the hotel and we almost did not need to pay tickets for bus or subway during our stay. You can also use Grab app to call taxi with a reasonable price. +If you wish to arrive hotel cheaper, take the shuttle at the airport (Star Shuttle) and the last stop is just 10-15 mins walking distance to the hotel. It will cost 12 ringgit per person (we paid 85 ringgit for the taxi to go to the hotel but for the return to the airport we used it and found it convenient). +Breakfast was available between 6.30-10.30am, and the staff replaced the food immediately which was really important for late comers. We were satisfied to see a chef making omlette as you desire and the breakfast offered various food. +Even though they had a small pool, we relaxed well and it was not very crowded. They offered towels at the pool, but there were not enough sunbeds around the pool. Still, this never caused a problem to us. +The internet was fast enough to connect apps, or skype with your friends. +The room offered two bottles of water and kettle (with coffee and tea) daily as complimentary.

We did not experience much negative things during our stay, but still we would like to mention few things: -Windows in the room cannot be opened, if you have asthyma or wish to have clean air, you may talk with the hotel. -During check-in, they charged extra for the deposit which was not mentioned before arrival. But this deposit amount was paid back when we checked out. This would not create a problem. -The breakfast was mostly Asian style. If you wish to have different types of cheese, vegetables or toast, the breakfast would not be for you.

The hotel was in a good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the centre/Petronas Towers. The pool was lovely however very limited sun beds. Room service food was fab. Check in and out was easy. Fridge in the room was good, shower was great. Hotel provided us with a taxi to the airport which was convenient.

The room was very small, as was the bed. The bed was also so uncomfortable, may as well have slept on the floor the mattress was so hard. The room wasn’t that clean either, one night we found a cockroach in there. Unfortunately staff weren’t the nicest, apart from one man in reception who checked us in who was lovely. We found other staff to be very rude, impatient and unhelpful, some don’t even look at you when you talk/ask them something. There are no showers or waiting room to use if you have a late flight, our flight was at 11pm so we had to pay 120RM for late check out to be able to have a shower before our 13hr flight.
